Our program is designed for dedicated authors ready to invest time and effort to achieve their publishing goals. You'll be expected to participate actively in weekly sessions, complete assignments, and engage with the community. Your commitment to each phase is crucial for your success.
Each week, Page and her team host live Zoom calls for most of our learning sessions. The presentations include the learning (enabling) objectives and the expected (deliverable) results. Some of the more routine tasks may be captured in pre-recorded trainings so you can pause and go back to them again. Handouts that can be used as your baseline "standard operating procedures" are provided for tasks that will be recurring.
The course is divided into four phases (Know, Implement, Ship, Sustain & Scale), which build on each other. Each phase has one or more expected results or deliverables that demonstrate you are ready to move on to the next phase.
Page hosts Plotstorms & Sprints for a private group of sweet romance authors several times a week. This was the original heart of the Sweet Success KISS Journey and remains a key part of the sustainable success of our authors.
Tuesday and Friday mornings: We focus on plotstorming together to fix plot holes or sticking points in our own stories, and otherwise run Pomodoro-style writing sprints.
While the timeline does vary depending on individual progress, our intent is that the total program can be completed in approximately 10-12 weeks. This ensures you have ample time to absorb the material, implement your learnings effectively, catch up if you get sick or go on vacation, and have a bit of breathing room before your next quarterly planning session or book launch.
The intent is that this program should progress at your pace. Should you need additional support, reach out during our office hours, post questions for the team in the community, consult with peers in our community, or send an email to Page and the team's support. We're committed to helping you succeed and can explore options such as additional resources or more personalized coaching if needed.
Page is currently available 3 hours a week to answer publishing, marketing, or course questions. More office hours will be added, as needed, as our client base and team grows.
The strategy call allows us to ensure that our coaching program aligns with your goals and that you're a good fit for our approach. It's an opportunity for us to understand your unique needs and for you to ask questions before making a commitment. You do receive a credit toward the purchase of the course (a deduction of the strategy session price).
